A spiritual reset does not need a retreat schedule. These five one-second practices can steady your inner life in the middle of a demanding day.
Some days do not need a dramatic overhaul. They need a small interruption of fear, hurry, and self-protection. That is where micro-practices help.
1. Interrupt the Spiral
When your mind begins racing, use a short prayer to break the loop. The goal is not to deny stress but to create a path through it.
They are little hellos to God in the middle of real life.
2. Use a Three-Word Prayer
Try one word at a time and let it carry more than explanation could: Help, Thanks, or Wow.
3. Pray at the Doorway

4. Bless Small Things
